1. What kinds of items do you include in your gift baskets and gourmet combos?
Only the finest gourmet ingredients are chosen to be included in our premium gift baskets and gourmet combos.  We scour the globe for unique and delicious foods that are sure to please even the most discriminating palate.

2. What's the difference between a gift basket and a gourmet combo?
Gift baskets and combos of the same name contain the same high-quality, gourmet items. The difference is how they're packaged. Gift baskets arrive in a beautiful wicker "suitcase-style" picnic basket while our gourmet combos are delivered attractively packaged in a plain white box. No matter which you choose, you'll always be getting Flying Noodle quality and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Shipping FAQ - Gift Baskets & Gourmet Combos

1. How do you ship your products?
We ship via common carrier (UPS, FedEx and USPS) using both ground, express and overnight services. Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern are generally shipped the same day.

2. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses?
We apologize, but due to the perishable nature of many of our gourmet items we can only ship to a residential or business address.

3. Can you ship outside the United States?
All of our products are only available for delivery within the continental 48 United States. Sorry, we do not ship to AK and HI.

4. How are your products packaged?
All of our gift baskets, gourmet combo and individual pastas and sauces are delivered in protective packaging to insure safe arrival.

General FAQ - Monthly Gift Clubs

1. What kinds of monthly selections will I receive with my membership?
No matter which club you choose, you'll receive premium and hard-to-find, gourmet items that have been carefully selected for their quality, value, and seasonality by our gourmet experts and taste-testing professionals.

2. How are your monthly selections packaged?
Our monthly shipments for each club are carefully protected in specialized shipping containers. You'll also receive informative club newsletters with information regarding our monthly selections and discounted offers should you wish to give a gift or extend your membership.

3. Can I choose the monthly selection that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selection for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what selection you'll receive, rest assured that everything we send has been personally selected by our experts for quality and maximum enjoyment.

4. What if I don't like one of the monthly selections? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

5. Are these mass-produced items?
No. We offer only the highest-quality, specialty items produced by independent, specialty producers worldwide.

6. How long are your memberships?
As long as you'd like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and our Seasonal Clubs with new selections each Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.

7. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
When you place your order you'll have the option of sending a gift card by U.S. mail or email. There is no charge for this service.

8. Do I have to be 21 to join the wine and beer clubs?
Yes. Membership in the Wine of the Month and Beer of the Month clubs is restricted to those 21 years of age or older. Please be prepared to show I.D. upon delivery.

Shipping FAQ - Monthly Gift Clubs

1. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All club selections are delivered by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and come packaged in specialized shipping containers for guaranteed safe arrival.

2. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
We apologize, but due to the perishable nature of many of our gourmet items we can only ship to a residential or business address.

3. Can you ship outside the United States?
Our monthly clubs are only available within the continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship to AK or HI. In addition, we are unable to ship wine and beer clubs to the state of Utah or other areas prohibited by law.
